Congratulations on making it to Module 4, the final module in this training program! In this module, you will complete a scenario-based final assessment and apply your knowledge of customer interactions. You will greet walk-in customers, explain the fundamentals of screen printing, address typical customer inquiries, process orders, and enter them into Printavo.
Final Assessment
Please watch the video below. In this video, you will utilize your knowledge in a scenario-based customer interaction. As you view the video, you will be asked to answer several questions where you will greet the customer, explain the basics of screen printing, and respond to typical customer inquiries. Download the order form, fill it out, and practice active listening while taking the customer's order. After completing the order form, visit Printavo to practice entering the order into the system.
